We take what we do seriously and continual professional development is a key tennent of what we do. Part of this professionalism includes delivering evidence based training. Where this evidence exists we utilise it. Where it doesn't, we seek it out.

With training and instruction, there are a lot of people who consider themselves experts. For us, coupling our years of experience with the humility of a beginners mind that allows us to challenge our views, opinions and the practices we preach. This duality of personal experience coupled with  an evidence based approach sets us apart. 

We often seek to use data in the same way drunk use lampposts, for support rather than illumination. Our experience will often guide us to stance of particular topic, however we strive to avoid giving our personal experience more weight than it deserves. To this end we will seek to test our hypotheses, through research, to see if our experiences are born out on a larger scale.
