Miles Away specialised in safety management in demanding environments and has a track record in providing specialist water safety and medical support for events such as God Zone Adventure Race, Challenge Wanaka, The Clutha Classic and others.
Among our team are Whitewater Rescue Technician Instructors, Intensive Care Paramedics, and at wide network of skilled operators with backgrounds in safety management in remote settings, search and rescue, Rope Access and Ski Patrol.

Whilst our experience spans decades looking after the safety of groups in remote settings, what sets us apart is our breadth of experience in the Screen industry.
With invaluable local knowledge of Queenstown and New Zealand's southern regions, we have assisted in transport, locations, art department, production and ADing.
We have a number of resources that we rent to productions from 4wd vans, wetsuits, personal floatation devices, rafts and more.
